A FISTFUL OF TWIST  is packed with the sounds of groove and spirit; a mix of reggae, soul, boogaloo, rock, and roots-funk, with a touch of surf and distortion.

Their line-up is primarily comprised of an instrumental trio, with occasional guests on vocals and horns. Since their 2007 debut, A FISTFUL OF TWIST has played hundreds of shows, whilst establishing an ever-increasing, loyal fan-base.
